Founded in 2015 and co-headquartered in Dublin, Ireland and New York, LetsGetChecked offers health testing, virtual care, genetic sequencing, and medication delivery for a wide range of health and wellness services to patients worldwide.

Experiencing exponential growth, LetsGetChecked recognised the need for a robust solution for secure remote access. They selected JumpCloud with its feature-rich platform to solve this pressing issue which now underpins the management of its technology infrastructure.

Kev D’Arcy, Senior Vice President of information security at LetsGetChecked, comments: “The biggest struggle we had was keeping up with the pace of our business needs and growth. We went from being a reasonably small company of 110 people to over 700 employees worldwide.”

JumpCloud is at the centre of LetsGetChecked’s IT operations and processes, including security protocols, giving LetsGetChecked the confidence that sensitive customer data is secure. “Our customers trust us with their data and they’re trusting us to make sure that we handle it appropriately and have sufficient controls and measures in place. JumpCloud helps us deliver on that promise,” continues D’Arcy.

LetsGetChecked leverages JumpCloud’s innovative solutions to enhance security and efficiency, including:

· JumpCloud ProtectTM: The app for multi-factor authentication (MFA), is a game-changer for the company, streamlining access for users.

· Zero-touch deployment: This tool has transformed the onboarding process, making it considerably easier to set up and deliver new Mac machines for employees.

· Policy management: LetsGetChecked utilises JumpCloud for managing laptop, patching, and antivirus policies, ensuring consistent and secure device management across the company to enable remote and hybrid working practices.

D’Arcy continues: “The zero-touch deployment enables us to undertake the onboarding process from a great starting point, and then we can run scripts and commands in the background as needed to install the software that doesn’t come by default.”

With a relatively small team, JumpCloud enables LetsGetChecked to operate seamlessly across the globe and manage devices and software updates, regardless of location, device type or operating system. D’Arcy concludes: “JumpCloud is incredibly powerful, and it’s one of the cornerstones of the successes we’ve achieved. We would have struggled to get where we are without it.”
