Teradata has announced a new data integration with ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric that connects, understands, and activates customer data on the single ServiceNow AI Platform to fuel AI agents, autonomous workflows and analytics at scale. As part of this integration, Teradata’s hybrid, multi-cloud analytics and data platform for Trusted AI is now part of ServiceNow Workflow Data Network - an ecosystem of more than 100 enterprise data partners that enables unparalleled continuity and flexibility for joint customers.

Truly autonomous agentic AI depends on access to clean, trusted data and the ability to act on it. Teradata has been powering predictive models and decision engines for decades and is the trusted foundation for AI models. Its integration with ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric ensures joint customers can use AI agents to access enterprise-wide data in real-time.

"Agentic AI is transforming the enterprise and we’re excited to join the ServiceNow Workflow Data Network to help power these agentic autonomous operations at scale. Teradata’s platform processes and learns from the critical information being created throughout today’s enterprise. ServiceNow applies these insights to intelligent workflows that proactively drive outcomes at scale. Together, we make AI agents smarter and faster,” said Dan Spurling, SVP Product Management at Teradata. “Our integration underscores Teradata’s open and connected strategy which enables customers to unlock the full potential of their data and power trusted AI initiatives.”

Teradata will enable access to data through a Zero Copy connector within the ServiceNow Workflow Data Network, meaning customers can access data to power AI workflows without the need for replication. This improves data governance and security while helping lower operational costs by eliminating the need for manual data movement.

“We are continuing to advance our data capabilities, because there is no AI without data. Through Workflow Data Network, and working with industry leaders like Teradata, we are empowering our customers with the tools to tackle data silos and drive AI transformation,” said Gaurav Rewari, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Data and Analytics Products at ServiceNow. “By giving AI real-time access to the mission-critical data that Teradata manages, we are turning insights into workflow actions that result in true business value.”
