Kyndryl is expanding its partnership with Kantar, the leading marketing data & analytics company.

Under this new agreement, Kyndryl will modernise Kantar’s digital workplace, deliver robust security-rich services and provide support for Kantar’s Enterprise Digital Solutions, as it navigates ongoing business transformation. The partnership is expected to deliver significant cost savings for Kantar, further enhancing its ability to scale efficiently.

In addition, Kyndryl will design and manage Kantar’s integrated technology transformation across Cloud, Digital Workplace, Network and Business Applications. This will enable Kantar to accelerate the integration of new technology across its fleet of thousands of devices and manage its technology stack with enhanced agility – creating a more efficient operation. Kantar employees will benefit from automation, particularly in its self-help tools to resolve IT issues faster, boosting productivity and improving overall user experience.

Kyndryl Consult will bring an engineering-led delivery capability fuelled by deep consultative insight. Kyndryl experts will also help to create a single, seamless technology function across Kantar’s technology and business application operations.

“Kantar’s focus is on creating a future-ready technology environment that supports both our people and business priorities,” said Dave Stevens, Kantar CIO. “Our partnership with Kyndryl has been vital in helping us transition to a more flexible, automated, digital workplace. The relationship gives us the ability to respond to a fast-changing market and the tools to empower our teams to do their best work.”

“We’re proud to take our long-standing relationship with Kantar to the next level,” said John Chambers, President of Kyndryl United Kingdom and Ireland. “This expanded partnership is a great example of how we bring together deep technical expertise and consultative insight to deliver a meaningful transformation and significant cost savings. From simplifying operations to enabling secure growth, we’re working hand-in-hand to support Kantar’s digital evolution.”
