M247 Group completes sale of UK-only connectivity and IT services operations

M247 Group, a leading international provider of hosting, data transport, and cloud solutions, has today successfully completed the sale of its UK-only connectivity and IT services operations, including associated infrastructure and personnel, to Convergence Group. The divestment supports M247 Group’s strategic focus on serving international, multi-jurisdictional, enterprise customers. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The sale applies specifically to services provided to UK-only customers and does not affect the Group’s broader international operations. M247 Group continues to operate globally, including within the UK to support its international customer base, with a growing presence in Europe, North America, and selected emerging markets. The Group is strengthening its strategic focus on supporting global enterprises and is committed to increasing investment in high-growth, cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and AI inference.
