Your.Cloud has successfully completed the acquisition of Comm-Tech Voice & Data Ltd., a highly-regarded telecom and IT service provider situated in the East of England. This acquisition represents Your.Cloud's first venture into the UK's Telecom, IT, and Cloud Technology Services (TICTS) segment, aiming to cater effectively to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) who deliver both telecom and IT solutions.

Comm-Tech joins as a new member of a network of businesses united by the shared goal of providing superior managed services. This integration allows each entity to maintain its unique local identity, crucial for their customer-focused approach. Comm-Tech, located in Norwich, boasts a skilled team of over 30 professionals and has established itself for its exceptional telecom and IT offerings.

Being part of Your.Cloud empowers Comm-Tech to edge closer to its ambition of transitioning into a full-service provider. Customers will benefit from a comprehensive range of managed telecom and IT services, harnessing the group’s collective expertise, scale, and strategic support. Operating independently, Comm-Tech will continue under the helm of Managing Director Justin Millar, maintaining its well-regarded brand and customer relationships.

Comm-Tech's Managing Director, Justin Millar, is optimistic about the journey ahead with Your.Cloud, stressing the importance of adapting to ongoing market changes spawned by emerging technologies and cybersecurity threats. "With Your.Cloud behind us, we can tap into broader expertise [and] collaborate with like-minded businesses..." Millar states, emphasising their commitment to local, agile operations bolstered by extensive resources.

From Your.Cloud's perspective, the acquisition marks a pivotal advancement in its UK expansion agenda. Nils Vermeulen, General Manager of the TICTS segment, underscores the strategic alignment between Your.Cloud and Comm-Tech, grounded in customer-centric values paired with operational finesse. The decentralised approach facilitates organic growth for strong, locally-focused teams by providing crucial access to resources and shared best practices.

Comm-Tech's robust market positioning and driven entrepreneurial spirit contribute significantly to Your.Cloud's overarching aim to evolve into Europe's leading managed services platform.
