Caerphilly-based IT and technology solutions specialist Team Metalogic has achieved the remarkable feat of being ranked 187th in the prestigious MSP 501 list of the world’s top managed service providers for 2025. Impressively, it stands alone as the sole Welsh representative, securing the 11th spot in the UK and Europe.

Compiled by Channel Futures, the MSP 501 recognises pioneering managed service providers (MSPs) worldwide. The rankings are based on multiple performance indicators such as revenue growth, recurring revenue, service innovation, and client outcomes. To be acknowledged within this list is a significant accolade, considering the expansive scale of the industry — with over 150,000 managed service providers globally and a market valued at nearly $300 billion in 2023, set to double by 2030.

Adding to their accolades, Team Metalogic has been featured on the Next Generation MSP list, a testament to their forward-thinking approach in leveraging cutting-edge technologies and innovative service delivery.

Founded in 2003 by CEO Mike Parfitt with a simple beginning of “one laptop and one desk,” the business now impressively employs 17 people and reports a turnover of £2.2 million. Under its umbrella are clients from sectors as varied as community banks, investment firms, and healthcare providers. Noteworthy achievements include assisting a dental practice in multiplying its turnover fifteenfold through strategic technology enhancements.

Parfitt highlighted the firm's journey from traditional IT support to becoming a key strategic growth partner for industries keen on technological advancement. By aligning appropriate technology with client ambitions, Team Metalogic has fostered growth and sustainability across diverse business sizes.

Further amplifying their ethos, Parfitt stressed the importance of Team Metalogic’s culture in maintaining client and staff loyalty. The company places value on the synergy of technology and people, ensuring that the team’s shared purpose and commitment become its unique differentiators.

Conclusively, Parfitt asserted that ranking 187th globally and 11th within the UK and Europe affirms Team Metalogic's dedication and the trust clients consistently place in them. Such recognition is not just a nod to their achievements but is a reflection of their clients' growth journeys and the pivotal role Team Metalogic plays in them.
