MSP360, a renowned provider of secure and reliable backup and IT management solutions, has launched the MSP360 RMM Community Edition. This comprehensive remote monitoring and management solution aims to empower early-stage managed services providers (MSPs) by offering essential tools without any initial financial commitment.

Starting an MSP business typically demands substantial capital, often posing a considerable challenge for new providers. Many budding MSPs find it difficult to secure cost-effective and dependable solutions, especially when managing a modest client base. This financial hurdle can prevent potential growth and success in the sector.

MSP360's latest offering, the RMM Community Edition, addresses this barrier by providing features crucial to MSPs at no cost. The solution boasts system health monitoring, software deployment, patch management, remote access, and alerting functionalities. These features are accessible without any restrictions across Windows, Mac, and Linux devices.

Moreover, the RMM Community Edition allows MSPs to incorporate an unlimited number of administrators for up to 50 endpoints. This flexibility can be sustained as long as needed. Upon surpassing the 50-endpoint limit, MSPs have the option to upgrade to a paid tier that scales in tandem with their expanding business requirements.

"We wanted to make it easier than ever for MSPs to access professional-grade RMM tools without significant upfront investment," mentioned Oleg Sapon, vice president of product management at MSP360. "The Community Edition enables the launch of their businesses, allowing them to scale swiftly and grow confidently to meet evolving market needs."
