Barracuda Networks, a prominent cybersecurity firm, has announced a series of enhancements to its AI-powered BarracudaONE platform. Designed with managed service providers (MSPs) in mind, these improvements target multi-tenant security, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.

Key among the new features is the introduction of bulk remediation for email threats. With Barracuda Email Protection, MSPs can now address email threats across all client environments with a single click. This enhancement speeds up response times by up to 10 times, minimising threat exposure and reducing escalations. By ensuring consistent threat management, MSPs are positioned to enhance service delivery and customer trust.

Another significant enhancement is PSA integrations for billing and invoicing. BarracudaONE now integrates seamlessly with six leading professional services automation platforms, including Autotask by Datto and ConnectWise PSA. These integrations automate billing and invoicing across various customer environments, eliminating costly errors while accelerating revenue cycles. MSPs can maintain their existing workflows while unlocking new efficiencies.

The BarracudaONE platform is built to unify threat protection and cyber resilience, offering a simplified, integrated experience. With improvements to automation, natural language queries, and intelligent reporting, MSPs can manage solutions, accounts, licences, and threat responses from a centralised dashboard. These tools reduce context switching and enhance productivity.

These innovations reflect Barracuda's unwavering commitment to partner growth, equipping MSPs with tools that enhance their service delivery and operational agility. By embedding automation and intelligence into daily workflows, Barracuda partners can achieve stronger, more profitable outcomes with greater speed, precision, and impact.
