Wipro Limited has announced an expanded collaboration with ServiceNow focused on using agentic AI workflows to support enterprise functions. The initiative is intended to improve processes across IT, HR, procurement, and cybersecurity, with the aim of increasing efficiency and standardisation in enterprise operations.

A key element of the collaboration is the integration of Wipro Intelligence, a suite of AI-powered platforms and solutions, with the ServiceNow AI Platform. The combined setup is designed to enable coordinated workflows with reduced reliance on manual coordination, with the intention of improving operational oversight and accountability.

Solutions referenced as part of this work on the ServiceNow AI Platform include:

  • SmartProcure: A procurement-focused solution designed to standardise processes for task intake, approvals, and execution within procurement workflows.
  • Telco Autonomous Networks: A platform aimed at modernising telecom service operations by applying AI-driven workflows with domain-specific context to support resolution processes.
  • Cyber Transform: A security-focused tool intended to support cybersecurity operations by improving response processes and reinforcing governance across the security lifecycle.

The collaboration is positioned as an effort to support the practical deployment of agentic AI systems at scale, combining consulting services with AI-enabled tools to align business requirements with sector-specific applications.

Expected outcomes described for clients include:

  • A consolidated experience for submitting and managing work requests
  • Workflows with built-in governance and auditability features
  • Reduced cycle times through less manual processing and fewer handoffs
  • Increased visibility into operational status, ownership, and completion stages

The two organisations describe the collaboration as a way to support broader adoption of AI-enabled workflows within structured and secure enterprise systems, with an emphasis on improving process visibility and operational consistency.
