Based in Basingstoke, UK, Cloud Business boasts a team of over 90 professionals delivering comprehensive digital transformation services across Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cybersecurity.
The acquisition is aimed at augmenting Codestone's capabilities in IT consulting and services, particularly in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cybersecurity. Additionally, it will strengthen Codestone's UK-based managed services team, recognized as a leader by CRN.
Cloud Business brings to the table its expertise in cloud consultancy, having successfully executed numerous Microsoft transformational projects across various sectors in the UK and globally. Their services span assessment, strategy design, integration, deployment, and post-go-live support.
