Codestone Group, headquartered in Poole, UK, and backed by FPE Capital, has announced the acquisition of Cloud Business Limited, a renowned leader in business consulting, digital transformation, and IT managed services. Based in Basingstoke, UK, Cloud Business boasts a team of over 90 professionals delivering comprehensive digital transformation services across Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cybersecurity.

The acquisition is aimed at augmenting Codestone's capabilities in IT consulting and services, particularly in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cybersecurity. Additionally, it will strengthen Codestone's UK-based managed services team, recognized as a leader by CRN.

Cloud Business brings to the table its expertise in cloud consultancy, having successfully executed numerous Microsoft transformational projects across various sectors in the UK and globally. Their services span assessment, strategy design, integration, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Darryl Sackett, CEO of Codestone Group, highlights the significance of this move, stating, "The addition of Cloud Business’s expertise enhances Codestone’s customer engagement model, focused on delivering end-to-end value creation while ensuring security. We guide organizations through the complexities of modern technology landscapes, unlocking innovation and enabling budget reinvestment."

The acquisition further enriches Codestone's offerings in Security, Azure, Modern Workplace, and Microsoft 365, complementing its existing capabilities as a leading mid-market ERP solution partner, and a leader in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Data & Insights.

James Palmer, Chairman of Cloud Business, expresses excitement about the prospects, stating, "Codestone provides Cloud Business with a larger platform to leverage our proficiency in IT consultancy and transformational services. This acquisition broadens the core capabilities we offer to clients, and we are thrilled to be part of Codestone’s journey."

This acquisition marks another milestone in Codestone's growth trajectory, following previous acquisitions of Clarivos in May 2022 and DSCallards in November 2022. With a three-fold increase in turnover since the FPE investment, Codestone now operates across 9 countries with a team of 340 people.
