Sophisticated cyber-attacks often target personally identifiable information (PII), especially in healthcare and disease treatment. JumpCloud keeps Deciphex data safe and guards against potential data breaches. Deciphex’s use of JumpCloud is part of their comprehensive approach to data security and compliance.

Deciphex was founded in 2017 and is an award-winning pathology solutions provider. AI powers the company’s software and helps Deciphex solve some of the most pressing challenges in disease and injury treatment today. Pathologists increase productivity, improve patient outcomes, and accelerate drug development with Deciphex. Deciphex solutions include:

● Diagnexia: an online clinical pathology platform.

● Patholytix: an industry-leading digital pathology workflow and integrated AI platform for research pathology.

Ben Cranks, application support specialist at Deciphex, said: “JumpCloud’s ease of use and support set it apart from the competition in managing a diverse ecosystem of devices. Our business model is entirely dependent on data security. JumpCloud is central to our security and compliance journey. They enable us to demonstrate to third parties, regulators, and investors that our data protection measures are efficient and robust.”

Deciphex will use JumpCloud to deploy:

● Single sign-on (SSO) to ensure that only authorised users can access the correct resources. JumpCloud is being used with Google Workspace’s password synchronisation and stricter password policies. This combination strengthens Deciphex’s identity and access management (IAM) and security frameworks.

● Mobile device management (MDM) to manage user access and automate the employee lifecycle. MDM ensures that software updates are quickly and continuously deployed to devices. This is regardless of location, device type, or operating system.

JumpCloud will free up resources for Deciphex’s small IT team. Now, the Deciphex IT team can prioritise the most pressing operational requirements for their 250 employees.

Cranks reiterated why JumpCloud’s scalability is key, “JumpCloud’s platform offers complete peace of mind. It provides flexibility and maturity to pick and choose the tools that we need. And it does so as our requirements evolve. JumpCloud’s platform simply makes everything work.”
