Lakeside Software appoints Daniel Salinas as COO to spearhead AI-driven DEX innovations

Lakeside Software welcomes back Daniel Salinas as COO to advance its AI-driven strategies amid growing DEX and DEM industry momentum.

Lakeside Software, a pioneer in AI-driven digital employee experience (DEX) solutions, has announced the appointment of Daniel Salinas as Chief Operating Officer. Salinas will be at the helm of Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success, and Business Development, focusing on enhancing Lakeside’s strategic market execution.

Salinas returns to Lakeside with robust expertise from his tenure at Nobl9 and Relay Network, where he excelled as Chief Revenue Officer. Previously, as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Lakeside, he worked closely with the current CEO, Mike Schumacher, contributing significantly to the company’s foundational growth.

“I’m excited to return to an organisation that’s not just leading but redefining the DEX and DEM space,” said Daniel Salinas, COO, Lakeside Software. “Data is now the most critical differentiator in IT, and Lakeside’s unrivalled telemetry and observability is fuelling an opportunity like no other. As we stand on the cusp of delivering AI-powered solutions that transform IT operations, I’m thrilled to help scale our impact delivering AI-powered automation and intelligence across every endpoint and edge device.”

"Dan’s return marks a full-circle moment for Lakeside," noted Mike Schumacher, emphasising Salinas’s strategic capabilities and customer-centric approach. With Salinas’s leadership, Lakeside aims to accelerate its AI roadmap, enabling IT organisations to leverage AI-powered automation across all endpoints.

Lakeside’s momentum continues to grow, predominantly evidenced by recent advancements in their SysTrack platform. This includes the integration of generative AI insights, self-service automation, and improved real-time mobile experience monitoring. These enhancements position Lakeside at the forefront of AI-driven telemetry and IT operational intelligence.

The DEX/DEM landscape is evolving, and Lakeside is redefining its role with superior data capture and proactive AI capabilities. As the market matures, Salinas’s appointment ensures that Lakeside’s strategic objectives are synchronised with industry dynamics, setting the stage for the next wave of innovation.
