The MSP Channel Insights Roadshow officially kicked off its 2025 series with a successful launch event at the prestigious Sofitel St James in London on 4 June.

The new intimate event format, developed by Angel Business Communications, brought together over 30 senior managed service providers (MSPs) and IT leaders for a highly focused day of expert insight, strategic discussion, and peer-to-peer networking.

As a new addition to Angel’s well-established portfolio of channel and IT events, the Roadshow series introduces a more intimate and interactive approach to thought leadership and relationship-building in the MSP space. Designed as an invitation-only gathering, the London event paired a select group of MSPs with just a handful of carefully chosen sponsors to encourage meaningful engagement and practical dialogue.

“This is a new style of event for us - smaller, more personal, and entirely focused on driving real outcomes for MSPs and solution providers. We’re thrilled with how the London event was received and proud to be creating a space where senior leaders can genuinely connect and collaborate.”

- Sukhi Bhadal, CEO

The agenda featured a high-calibre keynote fireside chat on growth strategy, followed by panel sessions covering cybersecurity, AI-driven automation, sales and marketing innovation, and M&A insights. Delegates also took part in rotating roundtable sessions, diving into focused topics hosted by leading sponsors including Kaseya, Malwarebytes, and OpenText.

Attendees praised the event’s structure and format, citing the quality of discussion, networking opportunities, and relevance of content as standout strengths. Many described it as a refreshing alternative to large-scale exhibitions or general conferences.

The London Roadshow marks the beginning of a three-city series, with upcoming stops scheduled for Dublin on 24 June 2025 and Utrecht on 6 November 2025. Each event is designed to reflect the unique characteristics of its host region while delivering the same focused experience and senior-level dialogue.
