Arrow Electronics has recently been awarded the Engage Preferred Services Partner (EPSP) status by Fortinet. This recognition marks a significant milestone as Arrow becomes the first organization in the UK and the first distributor in the EMEA region to receive this commendation.

This invite-only programme acknowledges Arrow’s prowess in delivering professional services on Fortinet's behalf, thereby assisting channel partners and their customers with the deployment and maintenance of Fortinet security solutions. The achievement underscores Arrow's dedication to cybersecurity excellence and highlights its substantial investment in technical services. The EPSP programme is designed to identify channel partners with the requisite skills and experience to provide services in line with Fortinet’s stringent standards. Accredited partners collaborate with Fortinet’s teams to deliver consistent, high-quality support across customer environments.

Anthony Dobson, regional director, UK & Ireland stated, “[Achieving EPSP status] validates the depth of our technical capability and service quality, and it’s an important milestone in the development of our cybersecurity services. For our channel partners, it means that Arrow can now directly deliver Fortinet-aligned professional services to help them address customer challenges more efficiently and at greater scale.”

In its new role as an EPSP, Arrow will work closely with Fortinet’s Professional Services team. This collaboration grants Arrow access to specialized training and tools, enhancing its ability to support diverse security implementation projects. The new status also allows Arrow to actively engage in service delivery, granting channel partners increased flexibility in their customer engagements.

Through this enhanced partnership, Arrow Electronics is not only cementing its reputation in the cybersecurity domain but is also poised to address customer challenges at an accelerated pace and scale. This development promises tremendous value for channel partners, empowering them with Fortinet-aligned professional services tailored to meet evolving security needs.
