Qodea Ltd., known as Europe's premier Google Cloud consultancy and supported by Marlin Equity Partners, proudly announced its latest strategic move: the acquisition of the technology consultancy firm, Beyond. This acquisition encompasses Beyond's UK and US entities, formerly part of Next 15 Group plc.

This move marks a significant milestone in Qodea's holistic global expansion strategy, instantly establishing a robust footprint in the North American market. This complements Qodea's already formidable presence and leadership across Europe, allowing them to reach and support an even wider international client base.

By merging with Beyond, Qodea enhances its technical and consulting capabilities, which now span a "full-stack" suite of services. Clients can expect cutting-edge, end-to-end solutions that address multiple levels of technological needs. These range from the development of pioneering cloud architectures and advanced AI systems to the creation of seamless and user-friendly digital experiences.

Alan Paton, CEO of Qodea commented, "This acquisition is the next step in an ambitious growth and M&A strategy that will cement Qodea as leaders in helping businesses to thrive through change with frontier technology. It also launches our North American presence with a premier team trusted by some of the most recognisable brands in the world like Google, Snap and Paramount Pictures. By combining their front-end design and data science expertise with our deep cloud engineering capabilities, we are creating a transatlantic powerhouse equipped to deliver intelligent, impactful products for our clients. The opportunity ahead is vast, and this is just the beginning.”

"Joining forces with Qodea marks a pivotal moment for Beyond and our collective future," stated Matt Iliffe, CEO of Beyond. "We’re joining Europe's leading Google Cloud partner to build a new kind of technology company designed to help businesses stay ahead. This move significantly expands our ability to deliver transformative AI and Google Cloud solutions, ensuring our clients can navigate and thrive in the next era of technology."

This acquisition does not only entail a fusion of talents and expertise but also signifies an evolution in service offerings, prompting an era where technology plays an integral role in transforming how businesses operate and grow in the digital age.
