Netwrix, a leader in identity and data security solutions, has introduced significant updates to its 1Secure™ SaaS platform. These developments are designed to help organisations defend against identity-based threats while safeguarding sensitive information amidst the surge of AI technology. By integrating AI-driven risk remediation with unified visibility across data, identities, and endpoints, customers can detect threats more rapidly, simplify operations, accelerate compliance, and scale confidently.

Grady Summers, CEO of Netwrix, stressed the importance of intertwined data security and identity management. He stated, "Data security starts with identity." As AI accelerates both innovation and risk, treating these areas in isolation is no longer viable. The company's advancements give users an understanding of data location, user access, and governance – insights crucial for reducing complexity and staying ahead of evolving threats.

Key enhancements to the 1Secure platform include the revamped Netwrix Access Analyzer 26. This tool boasts a modern interface built upon a scalable, container-based architecture, facilitating swift security insights, improved performance, and a unified view of identity and data risks across hybrid environments. The company's focus on security extends to Active Directory Certificate Services, closing visibility gaps in certificate-based attacks.

In addition, Netwrix has rolled out the Okta Universal Directory Recovery feature. It extends 1Secure ITDR capabilities by restoring critical Okta objects and metadata and integrates configuration recovery for Microsoft Entra ID. These enhancements are designed to bolster resilience across hybrid identity landscapes.

The AI Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution prevents the sharing of sensitive data in both file attachments and text through various AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot. DLP support has been extended to Apple’s macOS Tahoe, ensuring comprehensive data loss prevention on Mac devices.

Password Policy Enforcer has been updated to version 11.1, focusing on strengthened defences against Active Directory-based attacks. It detects reused and weak passwords, supports modern SMTP authentication, improves policy visibility, and accommodates Windows Server 2025.

Moreover, Netwrix has expanded MCP Server Integrations, facilitating streamlined integration of their solutions, including Netwrix Threat Manager and Netwrix Privilege Secure, with agentic AI in enterprises.

The updates have already made a notable impact, receiving positive feedback from partners and customers. Brian Pavnick, President at Eevabits, praised Netwrix Access Analyzer 26 for its modernization and flexibility. Jeff Warren, Chief Product Officer at Netwrix, echoed the sentiment, emphasizing how their solutions deliver fast value, flexible deployment options, and clear cost advantages.

This announcement aligns with Netwrix’s ongoing growth, marked by new leadership, an expanded global partner program, and a refreshed brand positioning the company for future growth and innovation. It underscores the company's commitment to navigating risks, protecting data, and enhancing resilience.
