Telefónica Tech UK&I has launched a Security Edge service, developed in partnership with Netskope, for organisations across the UK and Ireland. The service provides a fully managed suite based on Netskope’s AI-driven security technology, enabling employees to access applications and data securely from different locations. The service is intended to help organisations manage risk, cost and operational complexity associated with cloud-native and hybrid architectures.

With this launch, Telefónica Tech UK&I will offer customers a cyber security service built on the Netskope One platform, combined with Telefónica Tech’s professional and managed services to support deployment and ongoing operations.

The Netskope One platform brings together security, networking and analytics capabilities to support secure access and data protection. It applies zero trust principles and AI-based features to control access, protect data in transit and at rest, and detect threats, supporting connectivity for distributed work environments.

The Secure Edge service is delivered through Telefónica Tech’s Security Operation Centres (SOCs), where staff with Netskope certifications provide advisory services, administration and security incident response. The service is positioned to support organisations as they adapt security practices to modern digital operating models.

Netskope focuses on cloud, data and AI security and in 2025 was named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for both SASE platforms and Secure Service Edge.
