Digital Space has achieved Cisco’s 360 Managed Services Expert status, previously known as Cisco Gold Provider. This accreditation reflects the company’s ongoing investment in service delivery and customer experience.

The status represents the highest level of recognition within Cisco’s managed services programme and confirms Digital Space’s capability to provide secure, scalable managed services built on Cisco technology.

This milestone forms part of Digital Space’s broader strategy to improve service quality, strengthen operational maturity, and provide clients with clear visibility of its capabilities. Over the past year, the company has updated its brand identity and website to align with its managed services offerings and technical expertise.

The Cisco recognition provides independent validation of this strategic direction. Richard Beeston, Chief Technology and Operating Officer at Digital Space, said: “Achieving Cisco 360 Managed Services Expert status reflects the maturity of our managed services capability and the strength of our partnership with Cisco. It also demonstrates the standards we have embedded across the business as part of our wider focus on improving service delivery and customer experience."

The company holds Cisco Powered Services designations across Meraki Access, Meraki Security, and Meraki SD WAN, along with a Customer Experience Specialisation. These credentials demonstrate Digital Space’s ability to design, deliver, and support fully managed network and security services using Cisco enterprise solutions.

Achieving the Cisco 360 Managed Services Expert status involved an independent audit assessing operational processes, lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and live service delivery.

The accreditation strengthens Digital Space’s position with customers and partners, supports alignment with Cisco, and enables the delivery of larger managed service engagements. For clients, it provides assurance of operational maturity, service capability, and ongoing investment in continuous improvement. The recognition also aligns with Digital Space’s broader strategy of delivering measurable outcomes, simplifying complexity, and supporting future-ready digital environments.

With this recognition, Digital Space continues to advance its strategy, combining strengthened partnerships, refined service frameworks, and an updated market presence to support organisations modernising their network and security infrastructures.
