CMC Networks partners with AVANT to enhance EMEA connectivity support

CMC Networks partners with AVANT to support enterprise connectivity across EMEA using AI-enabled infrastructure and customer support services.

CMC Networks has entered a collaboration with AVANT Communications to enhance connectivity for enterprises across the EMEA region. The partnership provides AVANT’s network of advisors and enterprises access to CMC’s AI-powered network solutions.

CMC operates in 64 MEA markets. The partnership is intended to support enterprise operations and expansion across regions. It provides AVANT’s Trusted Advisors with access to connectivity solutions supported by real-time monitoring and predictive analytics through CMC’s AI operations (AIOps), designed to support issue resolution and service delivery.

This collaboration supports AVANT’s ability to meet enterprise demand across EMEA and focuses on technology solutions for customers. Enterprises operating in African and Middle Eastern markets may use the partnership to address connectivity requirements, with AIOps used to help reduce downtime and support user experience.

CMC Networks has more than 35 years of experience in Africa and the Middle East. Alongside its AI-based operations, CMC provides a range of services including DIA, MPLS, SD-WAN, Ethernet, Satellite, and IaaS, supporting service availability and user experience.
