Palo Alto Networks and Westcon-Comstor extend partnership into Finland and Baltics

Newly-expanded distribution agreement will enable Westcon to drive adoption of Palo Alto Networks’ industry-leading cybersecurity solutions across four new countries.

Westcon-Comstor is expanding its long-standing distribution agreement with Palo Alto Networks into Finland and the Baltics.

The decade-long partnership between the two companies already covers 23 countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC).

This latest geographic expansion increases Westcon’s distribution footprint, enabling it to drive adoption of Palo Alto Networks’ industry-leading cybersecurity solutions to channel partners and their customers in a further four markets: Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

Under the agreement, Westcon will provide partners in these countries with a range of Palo Alto Networks-certified services and solutions, including support, education, professional and financial services. Westcon will also support Palo Alto Networks’ focus on SMB market penetration by enabling partners to win more customers in this segment.

A key focus will be onboarding partners onto Palo Alto Networks’ award-winning NextWave Partner Programme, which offers a range of benefits including discounts, incentives, rebates, free training and more.

Westcon has been named Palo Alto Networks’ EMEA Distributor of the Year four times since 2019, also being recognised as the vendor’s Global Distributor of the Year twice in that time while securing multiple accolades for its SASE and Cortex distribution.

“We're really excited to enable partners in Finland and the Baltics to sell the full Palo Alto Networks portfolio and capitalise on cross-sell and upsell opportunities, supported by Westcon’s product and solution expertise”, said Arno Beker, Managing Director Westcon Northern Europe at Westcon-Comstor. “With our strong focus on solution selling and unparalleled expertise across the Palo Alto Networks portfolio, we see this as a fantastic opportunity to drive growth with new and existing partners by offering industry-leading cybersecurity solutions and distribution services to them and their customers.”

“Palo Alto Networks already has an extremely strong partnership with Westcon in Northern Europe, where we have seen some excellent results and impressive growth,” said Patricia Murphy, VP EMEA & LATAM Ecosystems at Palo Alto Networks. “We’re looking forward to replicating this success across the additional markets of Finland and the Baltics.”
