Workato has revealed the next phase of the Agentic Enterprise with Workato One at the company’s Work to the Power of AI event in New York today. Workato One is the industry’s only platform that brings together everything organizations need to build and deploy secure, trusted, enterprise-ready agents with full business context across the core of the enterprise. The company also announced AgentX Apps™, pre-built, domain-specific agentic apps that leverage agent-based interactions to orchestrate critical business processes across CRM, ERP, HR, and ITSM functions with enterprise context and governance, and two exciting industry partnerships, further cementing Workato’s position as a leader in the AI space.

“The distribution industry stands at the edge of a transformative era powered by technology. AI agents hold extraordinary potential to reshape core business functions, driving intelligence, efficiency, and adaptability at scale. We are excited to partner with Workato. Workato One envisions a future where a single, trusted platform empowers organizations to rapidly deploy, coordinate, and govern AI agents—unlocking the full value of enterprise data and redefining what’s possible in distribution and beyond,” said Ramanujam Theekshidar, Chief Digital Officer at U.S. Electrical Services, Inc.

Becoming an Agentic Enterprise with Workato One

Workato One integrates components built around two core areas:

Workato Orchestrate: Focuses on integrating and orchestrating data, applications, processes, and user experiences to deliver full enterprise context (knowledge, transactional, and process) in real-time and enterprise skills to predictably take multi-step actions (there are 635,000 such skills as part of Workato community and growing).

Workato Agentic: Extending the Workato Orchestrate platform, it introduces a foundation to build and manage AI agents, that bring these enterprise skills and context in real-time), and the governance to execute business operations at the core of the enterprise.

And these deliver powerful new capabilities:

Workato Agent Studio: Deploy, build, and manage pre-packaged, custom, or third-party agents in a central place.

Workato Agent Hub: Build predictable, trusted workflows for consistent execution by AI agents.

Workato Agent Acumen: Better business acumen across your entire enterprise through data insights from all apps, systems, and agents, proactive flagging and issue triage, and the ability to have agents or users ask any question.

Workato Agent Trust: Built-in enterprise security and governance capabilities that give users unified governance across agents, processes, and systems and data privacy and security proven at scale.

Workato Agent Orchestrator: Users will now have the ability to orchestrate any agent from anywhere ranging from CRM, ERP, and HR to IT, Finance, and custom agents from langchain, crew.ai, etc.

Workato AIRO™ (AI-driven, Intent-based, Real-time Orchestrator): Any business user can now state a business operational problem to solve that AIRO can understand the intent and generate business orchestrations bringing the relevant apps, data, process, and teams in unison.

Workato MCP (Model Context Protocol): Enables standardized access to 750,000 + pre-built enterprise skills through Anthropic Claude for agents to orchestrate business actions, dramatically reducing time to value. Workato MCP enables secure cross-agent collaboration built on Workato One, any third-party agents, and MCP servers.

“AI will disrupt integration and empower the ability to orchestrate processes dynamically. At the same time, AI agents will need the power of orchestration to get the complete enterprise context and be used in the core of the enterprise. Workato has a strategy, plan, and product that unites the world of AI and orchestration and unlocks the agentic enterprise,” said Holger Mueller, Vice President and Principal Analyst, at Constellation Research.
