StorMagic has introduced its new three-tiered global Channel Partner Program, designed to help partners grow revenue and deliver flexible, reliable virtualisation solutions for on-site applications and data. Built for value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), systems integrators (SIs), agents and technical alliance partners, the enhanced program offers expanded benefits, sales tools and flexibility to meet customers’ needs today – especially as they seek alternatives to the Broadcom/VMware lock-in.

Program participants can now deliver solutions that run on existing hardware, support high availability on two nodes, and reduce CapEx and OpEx – all while unlocking new margin potential and earning partner rewards.

The StorMagic Channel Partner Program features a three-tier structure for VARs and distributors:

Platinum Partners - Receive StorMagic’s highest discounts (including renewals), access to SPIFFs and MDF, deal registration, partner directory listings, co-branded campaigns, technical and sales training and exclusive promotions. Platinum partners are expected to sell, implement and provide services to customers. In addition, they receive all benefits available to Gold and Authorised Partners.

Gold Partners - Benefit from significant discounts, access to MDF and SPIFFs, deal registration, training, marketing toolkits and participation in co-branded programs. In addition, Gold partners receive all benefits available to Authorised Partners.

Authorised Partners - Primarily responsible for order fulfilment following sales and technical training. These partners gain access to discounts (including renewals), sales and marketing assets, partner directory inclusion and the ability to conduct customer transactions directly through the StorMagic Partner Portal.

"netgo has been partnering successfully with StorMagic for several years. StorMagic’s solutions perfectly complement our portfolio,” said Marcel Kleinsmann, IT Architect, at netgo. “We particularly appreciate the cooperation at eye level, the fantastic support (when we need it), and the simple and direct communication. The products always generate enthusiasm among our technicians because they ‘just work.’"

OEMs, SIs, agents and technical alliance partners are required to complete sales and/or technical certifications, and will receive various benefits including finder’s fees, co-marketing and co-selling programs with assets and partner directory inclusion. Benefits vary based on partner type.

“StorMagic is committed to helping our partners achieve their business goals by continuously delivering flexible, reliable, affordable virtualisation solutions that help keep our customers’ organisations running,” said Susan Odle, CEO, StorMagic. “With this enhanced program, partners are uniquely positioned to help customers solve infrastructure challenges at decentralised locations, including managing migrating seamlessly from Broadcom/VMware, avoiding costly hardware upgrades and introducing more flexibility– all while maximising their productivity and profitability.”
