LogicMonitor, a prominent SaaS-based platform in data centre transformation, has annouced that Edwin AI, an advanced AI agent tailored for IT Operations (ITOps), is now accessible in the new AI Agents and Tools category on AWS Marketplace. Customers can seamlessly discover, purchase, and deploy AI agent solutions, including Edwin AI, through their AWS accounts, fostering rapid development of AI-centric workflows.

Edwin AI redefines ITOps by expediting incident resolution and mitigating operational noise. It effectively correlates alerts, identifies root causes, and recommends or initiates remedial actions, enabling teams to address issues swiftly and operate with enhanced efficiency. By reducing reliance on reactive measures, IT teams can transition to proactive operations, thus bolstering productivity without increasing staff.

Edwin AI incorporates key functionalities such as event intelligence, AI agents, and incident automation intelligence, empowering organizations to prioritize high-value tasks and scale rapidly. This aligns with the trend towards agentic AIOps, facilitating more efficient management and improved outcomes.

With its debut in the AI Agents and Tools section of AWS Marketplace, Edwin AI significantly expedites the procurement process, propelling AI-driven innovations. Customers benefit from reduced evaluation times and streamlined vendor negotiations. Leveraging AWS accounts for centralized purchasing, enterprises maintain transparency over licensing and financial activities.

"By offering Edwin AI in AWS Marketplace we're providing customers with a streamlined way to access our AI agent for ITOps, helping them buy and deploy agent solutions faster and more efficiently,” stated the GM of AI at LogicMonitor, Karthik SJ. "Our customers in healthcare and financial services, as well as MSPs, are already using these capabilities to reduce alert noise, lower IT service management incidents, drive faster resolution, and boost operational efficiency, demonstrating the real-world value of agentic AIOps with Edwin AI.”
