Enhancing partner engagement: Red Hat unveils new initiatives

Red Hat introduces updates to streamline partner interactions, focusing on specialisation and demand generation for enhanced synergy.

Red Hat, a frontrunner in the IT sphere, is doubling down on its commitment to its partners with substantial enhancements in their global partner engagement experience. These updates are strategically aligned with the burgeoning challenges and opportunities of the AI revolution and the rise of virtualisation.

The company is taking strides to simplify and empower its partner ecosystem by introducing streamlined processes and increased flexibility. This is crucial as industries face a profound transformation, largely driven by advancements in technology. Red Hat's transformation is based on 3 business enablers: a globally unified partner programme, streamlined partner incentives and an enhanced digital experience.

Red Hat has unveiled its Specialised Partner Program to acknowledge partners' deep technical expertise and proven capabilities throughout the customer lifecycle. By recognising partners’ skills in high-demand areas, Red Hat aspires to enhance market visibility for validated partners. The programme expansion beyond Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and Red Hat OpenShift includes new specialisations in RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) and RHEL AI. The existing specialisation for Red Hat OpenShift will be divided into specific focus areas. Qualifying partners will be designated Red Hat Specialised Partners and put into categories by their technical skills

Another exciting development is the launch of the Red Hat Partner Demand Center. This platform empowers partners with self-service capabilities to autonomously deliver marketing campaigns, create workshop and webinar registration pages, and foster brand synergy with Red Hat solutions. Some key benefits include

  • Autonomous campaign execution: Self-serve platform allows end-to-end campaign management.
  • Easily customisable content: Partners can personalise content to align with their brand.
  • Comprehensive activity tracking: Dashboard insights on performance and leads.
  • Expansive content library: Rich resources across multiple languages aid in client engagement.

This platform is designed to provide partners with assisted control over their marketing efforts, providing them with  joint branding and messaging.

Red Hat remains committed to evolving its global partner engagement experience. By enhancing both rebate opportunities and digital tooling, Red Hat is not only boosting partner profitability but also augmenting product growth, especially concerning Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and Red Hat OpenShift. The overall objective is to cultivate stronger collaboration among partners and extend meaningful, tailored solutions to customers.

This transformation ushers in a new era of autonomy and choice, providing clear growth pathways and fostering an ecosystem where partners can thrive together with Red Hat.
