Kaseya, a renowned global provider in AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, has introduced a groundbreaking AI-workflow generator integrated within its VSA 10 platform. This innovation leverages generative AI, allowing technicians to articulate desired outcomes in plain language. The Cooper Copilot then constructs comprehensive automation workflows without requiring specialised product knowledge or scripting experience.

Kaseya's General Manager of VSA, Edgar Zacharjev, highlighted the effectiveness of AI-driven workflows over traditional methods. He indicated that, through implementing AI-powered workflows, success rates have dramatically increased, climbing from 86% to over 96%.

The VSA 10 empowers IT professionals across different skill levels to develop and deploy fully prepared automation workflows. This feature expedites the automation of mundane tasks, software deployment, maintenance, and security remediation, leading to enhanced service desk efficiency while minimising human error.

According to Larry Schulz, IT Manager at CTG, the platform's user-friendly interface allows technicians to swiftly transition from learning to creating automations. Our technicians are saving precious hours by creating workflows in VSA 10... Now that we spend less time on manual scripting and workflow creation, our technicians can focus on more strategic initiatives that improve our client experience and help grow our business."

This advanced AI integration marks a significant step forward in workflow automation, enabling IT professionals to allocate more time to critical business needs and less to repetitive tasks.
