NinjaOne®, an automated endpoint management platform, has unveiled the appointment of Paul Redding as the new Head of MSP Partnerships. In this role he will aim to strengthen NinjaOne’s collaborations with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), seeking to catalyse their growth and boost both partner and customer success.

Redding will focus on equipping MSPs to enhance their revenue streams, operational adeptness, and client value propositions. This emphasis on automated endpoint management and security is crafted to yield positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

With decades in the MSP industry, Redding's illustrious journey began as the CEO of an MSP catering to sectors with strict regulations such as healthcare and the U.S. Department of Defence’s supply chain. Over the years, he has occupied pivotal channel and community leadership roles within cybersecurity firms, achieving revenue growth for these entities and their collaborators.

In his recent tenure as the SVP of Channel Marketing and Community at CyberQP, Redding was instrumental in forging lucrative bonds with global partners. His initiatives helped MSPs establish richer client relationships, adopt top-tier security protocols, and enhance operational efficiency by eradicating redundant tasks.

“Paul’s first-hand experience gives him a deep understanding of the challenges MSPs face today,” said Erzan Uygur, VP of Business and Corporate Development at NinjaOne. “As we continue to expand our platform capabilities and serve larger, more complex MSP environments, Paul’s insight and leadership will be instrumental in continuing to help MSPs become more productive and scale their businesses.”

Highlighting the timeliness of his new adventure, Redding shared, “I’ve admired NinjaOne’s relentless focus on innovation and partner success for a long time. The MSP market is at an inflection point, with a growing need for efficiency and automation at scale. I’m excited to join the NinjaOne team to help our partners seize this opportunity and achieve new levels of growth and success.”
