In a strategic move to bolster its position in the fast-growing cloud services market, Capgemini has announced its agreement to acquire Cloud4C. The acquisition is poised to enhance Capgemini's capabilities in the domain of automation-driven managed services aimed at hybrid and sovereign cloud environments.

Cloud4C, renowned for its technology optimisation skills, specialises in leveraging low-code, AI-ready platforms catering to diverse business needs. As a global premium partner for SAP in S/4 HANA Cloud, the company's partnerships extend to other key technology firms and hyperscalers, further solidifying their industry presence. The acquisition is anticipated to conclude in the coming months, pending regulatory approvals.

Founded in 2014, Cloud4C boasts a skilled workforce of 1,600 professionals, excelling in platform-based services with advanced AI operations and automation features. The company assists in the development and execution of cloud strategies, facilitating stack migration and efficient management, while championing sovereignty in hybrid cloud solutions.

Cloud4C's extensive service offerings, supported by technical proficiency, ensure hyper-automated cloud operations, covering everything from infrastructure to application login. Furthermore, the company offers value-added services like process automation, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity, addressing industry-specific and sovereign compliance needs.

Upon completion of this acquisition, Capgemini will expand its presence in managed cloud services and unveil opportunities for cross-selling across existing client bases. Additionally, the merger will accelerate Capgemini's expertise in SAP services, especially when combined with Syniti’s data proficiency.

Capgemini is enthusiastic about the strong position Cloud4C has built in cloud transformations, driven by a highly automated AI platform, as highlighted by Capgemini's CEO, Aiman Ezzat. This acquisition aligns perfectly with Capgemini’s strategic partnerships and poised to lead the development of generational AI-powered automation platforms.

Sridhar Pinnapureddy, Chairman and Managing Director of Cloud4C, expressed pride in Cloud4C's rapid growth and is optimistic about this new chapter with Capgemini. The partnership represents an opportunity to efficiently scale cloud migration and management frameworks, further meeting the needs of Capgemini's global clientele.
