Ricoh Europe recently unveiled its latest initiative, the Ricoh Unity Partner Programme, aimed at redefining the dynamics of partner collaboration and enhancing the experiences of both partners and customers throughout EMEA. This significant development promises to amplify digital transformation and growth opportunities.

The programme is meticulously structured into four progressive levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level serves as a stepping stone, unveiling invaluable benefits, superior support resources, and lucrative commercial advantages at every stage.

A distinctive element of the Ricoh Unity initiative is the introduction of specialism(s), underscoring partners' depth of expertise within the customer engagement lifecycle:

  • Sales = Specialist: Centred on revenue generation and market development.
  • Sales + Pre-Sales = Expert: Encompassing solution design and consultation capabilities.
  • Sales + Pre-Sales + Technical = Elite: Offering comprehensive expertise across the entire customer journey.

This flexible framework not only recognises revenue performance but also acknowledges technical proficiency, customer dedication, certifications, market expertise, and brand allegiance. Progressing through these levels grants partners access to an expanded portfolio of benefits, including exclusive events, an online Partner Portal, collaborative business planning tools, and automated systems to streamline experiences. The initiative retains the adaptability and ease partners have appreciated in past programmes.

At the core of this initiative is the all-encompassing Partner Capability Assessment. This evaluation helps determine the optimal entry point for organisations within the programme, recognising both historical financial achievements and current competencies. The assessment equips partners for success from the onset.

The Ricoh Unity Partner Programme's deployment will occur in phases across various countries in the coming months, ensuring each rollout aligns with regional market demands.
