SentinelOne®, renowned for its AI-native cybersecurity solutions, has announced a transformative offering developed in collaboration with Pax8, the cloud commerce Marketplace for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Managed AI Defense aims to bridge the cybersecurity divide for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), empowering them with the robust, AI-driven protection typically reserved for larger corporations.

In an era where SMBs are equally plagued by cyber threats as Fortune 500 companies, Managed AI Defense emerges as a beacon of equal protection, presenting a cost-effective security solution accessible to all businesses.

“Attackers don’t discriminate by company size and neither should world-class security,” said Tracy Ryan, AVP, Global MSSP/MSP at SentinelOne. “...Together with Pax8, we’re helping MSPs and MSSPs deliver real security outcomes for SMBs who deserve the same peace of mind as the enterprise giants.”

Managed AI Defense integrates SentinelOne's elite endpoint detection and response (EDR) technology with its pioneering Purple AI security analyst, backed by managed threat hunting and robust vulnerability management—ensuring seamless, trouble-free management for its partners. Additional layers of security come in the form of optional modules such as MDR, Remote Forensics, and Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), enabling a custom-tailored cyber shield for each customer.

The platform not only enhances protection but also simplifies the business model with its per-endpoint pricing. This approach provides MSPs and MSSPs clarity in pricing, fortified protection capabilities, and improved return on investment (ROI) for their clientele, whilst streamlining both deployment and billing processes.

"Pax8 and SentinelOne share a mission to empower MSPs with solutions that deliver real security outcomes," noted Oguo Atuanya, Corporate Vice President of Vendor Experience at Pax8. "SMBs deserve the smae level of proteectioj trusted by Fortune 500 companies, and now our partners can provide..."

Initially launching through Pax8, Managed AI Defense sets the stage to extend its offerings to other leading aggregators and Master MSPs soon. Its design epitomises easy adoption, supported by:

  • A comprehensive Marketplace that facilitates clean deployments, simple billing, and step-by-step onboarding.
  • Options for partners to personalise services to meet specific customer needs via flexible SKUs.
  • Minimal disruption for current Pax8 customers, ensuring sustained protection through existing arrangements.
