WatchGuard® Technologies, a global leader in unified cybersecurity, has unveiled FireCloud Total Access, marking a significant step in making Zero Trust and cloud-delivered security accessible for managed service providers (MSPs) and lean IT teams. This groundbreaking hybrid SASE service breaks free from the traditional enterprise-only model, enabling fast deployment and simplified management.

FireCloud Total Access combines Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and identity verification into a unified cloud-managed platform. The service is engineered to protect the modern hybrid workforce by extending enterprise-grade security to every user, irrespective of their location. This solution not only safeguards remote workers from internet-based threats but also delivers seamless identity-based access to SaaS, cloud, and private applications.

The introduction of FireCloud Total Access broadens WatchGuard's product suite and propels their hybrid SASE vision forward—debuted earlier this year. Built as part of WatchGuard’s Unified Security Platform®, it offers all-encompassing security without the operational complexity of remote user VPNs and hardware.

By consolidating SWG, FWaaS, and ZTNA into a single platform, FireCloud Total Access simplifies enterprise-grade protection. It also provides MSPs and IT teams with a viable path to implement a zero-trust posture. A seamless integration with WatchGuard's multi-layered security solutions ensures maximum protection and efficiency.

WatchGuard is spearheading the move away from perimeter-based security towards sophisticated network protection for SMEs, where securing remote and hybrid environments is no longer optional but a necessity. Leading this charge is FireCloud Total Access, designed to manage security risks with minimal operational overhead. Ensuring users on every connection remain safeguarded, FireCloud extends the capabilities of its renowned Firebox, offering comprehensive protection across hybrid networks.

For MSPs and SMEs, FireCloud Total Access offers an operationally light solution that’s quick to deploy, requiring no hardware or complex VPN setups. Emphasising predictability, it employs per-user licensing aligned with partner revenue models, making enterprise-grade solutions affordable and accessible. The platform integrates seamlessly with WatchGuard’s network, endpoint, and identity services.

Available globally from 25 September 2025, FireCloud Total Access is poised to transform cybersecurity for over 17,000 WatchGuard partners, extending their product offerings. MCPs can access trials, product demonstrations, and training through WatchGuard Cloud and the Partner Portal. As WatchGuard celebrates three decades of excellence in cybersecurity, their continuous innovation is designed to simplify complex security measures, ensuring that modern organisations are well-equipped against modern-day threats.
