JumpCloud has announced the acquisition of MacSolution, a managed service provider (MSP) in the Americas. This acquisition marks an expansion of JumpCloud's footprint, particularly in Brazil, where they are developing a hub in São Paulo.
MacSolution, focused on modernising IT infrastructure, specialises in managing user identities, access, and devices. By absorbing MacSolution's team, JumpCloud gains technical knowledge that can be redirected to enhance its service offerings and operational strategies related to channel and MSP activities.
Antoine Jebara, co-founder and general manager of JumpCloud's MSP business, emphasised: "This acquisition is a major strategic step, allowing us to build an operational stronghold in a key global market like Brazil. By bringing MacSolution’s talented team of GTM and professional services personnel directly into JumpCloud, we are significantly increasing our ability to support enterprise customers worldwide."
