DigiCert aims to strengthen EMEA strategy with key appointment

Christian Stanford has been appointed VP of Partners for DigiCert in EMEA, where he will oversee the company’s partner strategy across the region.

DigiCert has announced the appointment of Christian Stanford as Regional Vice President of Partners in EMEA, reflecting its focus on a partner-centred growth strategy across the region.

Stanford brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity and technology, with previous roles at Illusive, Bitdefender, RSA, Citrix, and McAfee. At DigiCert, he will lead the EMEA partner strategy, working with partners to support growth and address trust, identity, and security requirements in increasingly regulated markets.

Paul Holt, Group Vice President of EMEA at DigiCert, noted the role of partners in supporting organisations’ trust initiatives at scale and highlighted Stanford’s experience and knowledge of the EMEA partner community as an asset in assisting customers with security, resilience, and compliance needs.

Christian Stanford stated that digital trust is increasingly important for organisations operating in complex regulatory environments. He will lead the EMEA channel business to support partner growth and strengthen customer trust across the region.
