Enhanced support services for CrowdStrike and Zscaler partners by Westcon-Comstor

Westcon-Comstor expands cybersecurity support, offering enhanced services to partners of CrowdStrike and Zscaler across Europe.

Westcon-Comstor, a global distributor of cybersecurity, networking, and hybrid cloud solutions, has announced the expansion of its support services for partners associated with CrowdStrike and Zscaler across Europe. This initiative expands its services-led model and supports vendors in extending their ecosystems.

Channel partners can now access new Level 1 and Level 2 support services tailored for the CrowdStrike Falcon platform. The services are offered in multiple languages, including English, French, German, and Spanish, under the framework of CrowdStrike’s Authorised Support Partner Programme in Europe. The expansion increases regional support capacity, particularly for smaller organisations, by providing local language expertise and service delivery.

Westcon-Comstor’s support services are delivered from centres located in Berlin and Madrid. The expansion builds on its existing collaboration with CrowdStrike and is intended to support regional distribution and partner access to CrowdStrike solutions through cloud marketplaces. The initiative focuses on providing responsive support aligned with local requirements to assist with issue resolution.

In addition to its work with CrowdStrike, Westcon-Comstor has expanded its collaboration with Zscaler through the introduction of its Z-Strike business unit. This includes the Westcon MSSP for Zscaler Programme, designed for managed security service providers (MSSPs) and authorised Zscaler partners across the EMEA region.

The collaboration with Zscaler includes an integrated support model managed by Westcon-Comstor. Delivering Level 1 and Level 2 support, it covers troubleshooting and escalation, and provides partners with a unified point of contact, supporting operational processes for small and mid-sized businesses.

Westcon-Comstor’s model focuses on distribution-led support, enabling partners to deliver security solutions. The operational alignment is designed to provide scalable support capabilities across the Zscaler platform.

By integrating its services into the support processes of CrowdStrike and Zscaler, Westcon-Comstor expands its distribution support model. This approach aims to reduce operational complexity for vendors and partners. The expansion reflects the company’s continued development of service delivery capabilities and regional support infrastructure across Europe.
