Both accreditations represent a vote of confidence in the company’s capabilities - Ekco currently has 7 Nerdio accreditations with more to follow, while Mimecast Elite status requires a selection of technical certifications and sustained annual recurring revenue (ARR), and is held by just 27 partners across the UK.
The Nerdio Gold accreditation builds directly on Ekco's Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Specialisation, creating a combined capability that covers the full migration and operational lifecycle on AVD. The depth of the Nerdio partnership is now reflected in how Ekco delivers - using Nerdio's automation for image management, user provisioning and patching, Ekco migrates customers from legacy VDI platforms at lower cost and with minimal disruption - and passes Azure consumption savings back to customers through Nerdio's autoscaling.
