CrowdStrike has launched Jet, a mobile application for its partners that is available on multiple mobile platforms. The app brings together several partner-related functions, including deal origination, deal closure, and rewards management, within a single mobile interface.

The introduction of Jet reflects CrowdStrike’s focus on its partner ecosystem and is intended to streamline existing collaboration processes. It allows partners who previously used separate systems and manual workflows to manage certain activities within one app. One change introduced by the app is the transition of rewards handling from email-based processes to digital wallet access via mobile devices.

Key features of Jet include:

  • Real-time deal origination and closure: Partners can register opportunities through the app, reducing the time required for deal registration and incentive tracking.
  • Unified interface: The app combines deal tracking, enablement resources, and support functions in one place, allowing partners to access information without switching between multiple systems.
  • Digital rewards access: The CrowdCard enables partners to convert earnings into cash and access funds through digital wallets.

Jet also includes integration of external marketplace insights to support sales activity alignment with CrowdStrike’s partner programme.

The app is available by invitation and can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
