optilyz, Europe’s leading direct mail automation software, is using SnapLogic’s platform to improve performance, remove data formatting barriers, and enhance customer reach.

Founded in 2015 to enable large companies to run direct mail like a digital performance channel by integrating hyper-personalized print mailings into the cross-channel marketing in an automated way, optilyz was facing increasingly complex customer data systems as part of its customer onboarding processes.

After adopting SnapLogic, optilyz has been able to onboard a wider range of customers, faster, and in some cases onboard customers that would not have been able to work with optilyz previously. SnapLogic’s intelligent integration approach has allowed for a seamless, format-agnostic connection between a wide range of customer data types and optilyz’s mailing services. Customers are also able to manage further campaign services through optilyz, breaking down barriers to better marketing.

Utilising SnapLogic’s integration platform, optilyz now provides its customers with connectivity that gives them an edge over competitors. It gives wider options to integrate customers’ data and marketing campaigns, while removing obstacles usually requiring extra work from engineering teams.

Thorsten Hemann, VP Solution Engineer at optilyz, said: “When evaluating vendors, SnapLogic’s team didn’t just tell us what they could do – they showed us with a live example within two weeks. Since then, the implementation has been so successful for our business that we have some customers that wouldn’t have been customers if we weren’t able to connect their platforms to ours using SnapLogic.”

Zahi Yaari, VP of EMEA at SnapLogic, said: “Data systems used within businesses are becoming increasingly diverse and complex. This means that any organisation providing a service reliant on leveraging data in customer systems needs to be able to adapt quickly and efficiently. At SnapLogic we’re proud to be empowering optilyz to expand its connection capabilities while keeping its technology stack practical, yet effective.”
