NinjaOne will offer NinjaOne Warranty Tracking free to all NinjaOne MSP customers. Additionally, NinjaOne Documentation is free for any MSP customer up to three users. NinjaOne is also announcing white-glove Professional Services to easily migrate new customers, which helps large MSPs move technology stacks without impacting their business.

NinjaOne Warranty Tracking (beta) automates managing and tracking device warranty information. This ensures business is never disrupted because replacements are ready or new warranties are in place before device warranties expire. Early access customers overwhelmingly cited the ability to consolidate disparate tools/save costs (31 percent) as the top business benefit, followed by tracking/managing device lifecycles (17 percent), and the ability to generate revenue through warranty tracking (10 percent). NinjaOne Documentation provides a centralised platform that consolidates IT knowledge on processes, devices, users, and security – keeping critical information at your fingertips when you need it most. This helps MSPs onboard new technicians faster, save time typically wasted searching for answers, and improve knowledge sharing overall.

Warranty Tracking and Documentation are the latest examples of how the NinjaOne Automated Endpoint Management Platform® helps MSPs run a cost-effective technology stack.

Analyst firm Omdia found seven of every 10 customers (71 percent) replaced more than four tools with NinjaOne; 91 percent replaced more than two tools.*

Analyst firm Enterprise Strategy Group similarly found NinjaOne replaces at least four tools in most ecosystems and lowers Full Time Employee (FTE) costs by 41 percent.**

“MSPs are early adopters that prioritise building scalable, competitive, and profitable businesses. Their technology vendors should enable, not stifle, their profitability, and that’s why we’re offering Warranty Tracking for free,” said Sal Sferlazza, CEO and co-founder of NinjaOne. “NinjaOne is an innovator that is obsessed with helping our customers thrive. Our success has and will always be tied to building great products that are scalable and easy to use while providing amazing customer support.”
