OneAdvanced, the leading software and services company, has appointed Alex Jeffery as SVP of its Managed IT Services business. The appointment comes as part of its transformation to scale the business over the next three years by organising its business around its customers across eight strategic vertical markets.

The Managed IT Services business helps organisations who are looking to maximise their IT investment across a range of services from hybrid cloud and infrastructure to modern workplace, cybersecurity, and service desk provision serving prominent customers such as St Andrew’s Healthcare, NHS, Irwin Mitchell, Foot Anstey, National Highways, and London City Airport.

The appointment underscores the company’s investment to deliver operational excellence to their customers and to driving future commercial growth. This move, to align more closely to the strategic sectors of its software business which include Legal, Government, Health and Passenger Transport, will allow the company to consolidate its customers’ IT needs with a single partner further strengthening those relationships.

Before joining OneAdvanced, Alex served as Director of Managed Services at The Access Group and held prior leadership roles as Chief Operating Officer at Virtua UK Ltd and Capita.
