Syncro names Peter Gyenes Chairman

Syncro, a leading platform provider for managed service providers (MSP) and IT professionals, has appointed Peter Gyenes as chairman of its board of directors.

Gyenes, a technology industry veteran, brings decades of leadership experience, having served as chairman, CEO, and independent director for numerous global technology organizations, including Ascential Software, Informix, Sophos, Pegasystems and RealPage, guiding them to achieve substantial market success and customer value. Gyenes is a recipient of the New England Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in Software and a Trustee Emeritus of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council.

This appointment comes on the heels of Syncro’s recent expansion into serving internal IT teams, announcedearlier this month. Syncro’s platform, already widely adopted by MSPs for its AI-driven efficiency and ease of use, now offers internal IT departments the same robust capabilities to simplify IT management, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
