Kaseya brings innovation to DattoCon Europe

Rania Succar to take the stage for the first time as Kaseya’s new CEO.

Kaseya began its Kaseya DattoCon Europe conference in Dublin by celebrating its global customer community. Over 1,500 attendees are connecting and sharing best practices to grow faster, improve service quality and operate more efficiently – all powered by the company’s flagship AI-powered platform, Kaseya 365.

The event marks the channel’s introduction to Kaseya’s new CEO, Rania Succar, who is attending the event and speaking with customers. She comes to Kaseya after a decade at Intuit and serving previously at Google, McKinsey and Merrill Lynch.

“We are accelerating the pace of innovation at Kaseya, creating a culture where we are not just customer-focused, but customer-obsessed,” said Rania Succar. “At DattoCon Europe, I’m excited to get to know our partners more and learn exactly what they need so we can develop our roadmaps accordingly.”

During the event, Succar also announced that Kaseya is investing $100 million in the EMEA region, including the addition of more than 200 new developers.

Highlights from Kaseya’s innovation announcements:

Kaseya 365 Ops – The newest edition to the Kaseya 365 platform applies practical AI to help customers scale efficiently, improve operations and achieve top-tier service delivery and performance metrics. Kaseya 365 Ops customers save an average of 160 hours per month thanks to the platform’s AI capabilities and automation, which equates to the productivity of one additional technician.

Kaseya SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) – The new Kaseya SIEM provides a streamlined, unified response system for customers with SaaS Alerts and MDR protection and without the expense of enterprise-grade alternatives. Kaseya SIEM correlates threat data from RocketCyber and SaaS Alerts, combining endpoint and cloud telemetry to deliver unified, faster and more actionable threat detection.

Free-to-Use Hardware – All models of Datto’s backup hardware will be free-to-use for all Kaseya customers, regardless of model or term. This allows Kaseya backup partners to provide a consistent level of service while eliminating upfront hardware costs.

Datto ALTO 5 – The return of a 2TB ALTO model to the Datto lineup is being offered at the same monthly cost as the current 1TB model and now includes encryption to bolster security.

BCDR Fast Track Program – For new Datto BCDR partners, this program provides up to three appliances with free hardware, 50% off service and complimentary onboarding, allowing customers to grow their business without taking on additional costs.

AI-Enhanced Executive Summary (Beta Feature) – This new beta feature in vPenTest makes security reports easier to understand. The AI-Enhanced Executive Summary turns complex technical results into clear, useful insights so business and security teams can make faster, smarter decisions.

vPenTest EMEA Data Center – vPenTest is expanding its infrastructure to give EMEA partners and companies the option to store, process, and manage their data within the region. This supports GDPR compliance when needed.

Assured Data Protection updates leadership structure, giving Giannini oversight of innovation and partner programs.
