Totalmobile has entered into a transformative five-year partnership with Coates, Australia's eminent equipment hire and solutions provider. This collaboration aims to revolutionize operations of branch, workshop, field, and support teams across the nation.

Coates is set to implement Totalmobile’s Field First platform as a replacement for multiple outdated systems. This platform will enhance operational insight, facilitating over 1,100 operational staff across more than 145 branches and workshops.

The adoption of Field First is expected to streamline asset repairs and maintenance activities, improve job scheduling efficiency, and significantly cut down on administrative tasks. Additionally, it will optimize task tracking and completion within branches and on-site client interactions.

This strategic move brings about significant operational changes as Coates invests in modernizing how work is planned, delivered, and recorded. The use of real-time data will enable field teams to access crucial information swiftly, thereby tackling job challenges with reduced delays.

Following the successful launch of its platform, Field First continues its rise to prominence, serving the global field operation demands. As businesses like Coates seek innovative and interconnected solutions, Totalmobile’s offering is becoming pivotal in reshaping how frontline tasks are executed.

The partnership symbolizes a considerable investment, unlocking potential for Coates to not only enhance productivity but also ensure that service delivery is seamless and efficient, supporting the staff operating under diverse and often remote conditions throughout Australia.
