vCIOToolbox launches AI tool for automating MSP business reviews

vCIOToolbox has launched Fusion 360, an AI-based automation tool designed to help MSPs prepare technology business reviews more efficiently.

vCIOToolbox has launched Fusion 360, an AI-based automation engine for Managed Service Providers designed to support the preparation of Technology Business Reviews and related assessments.

Fusion 360 acts as a Virtual Technical Account Manager, automating the inspection and interpretation of data from a wide array of integrations. By implementing advanced artificial intelligence, the platform reduces the time required to assess data, turning hours of manual analysis into minutes.

Fusion 360 combines data collation with automated recommendations for MSP workflows. This allows account management teams to integrate these insights into strategic client roadmaps, allowing a shift from manual data gathering to focused strategic planning.

Commenting on this, CEO Brian Doyle highlighted the need for a solution that ensures consistency and efficiency in business reviews. The introduction of such a tool is expected to impact customer success programs by optimising the availability of technical resources and reducing assessment times.

Ken Fernley, CTO of vCIOToolbox, remarked on the technological advancements embedded in Fusion 360. With a platform capable of leveraging data efficiencies, MSPs are set to deliver highly enriched outcomes to their clients.

This new capability seeks to improve operational efficiency and enhance strategic value delivery. As MSPs streamline their operations with the use of Fusion 360, they can look to reduce the costs associated with business reviews and ensure long-term customer success by maintaining better alignment with client needs.

vCIOToolbox’s launch of Fusion 360 reflects a wider use of AI automation in MSP technology business review preparation.
