Babble harnesses NinjaOne for enhanced operational efficiency

UK-based MSP Babble leverages NinjaOne to unify IT operations and strengthen compliance, improving service delivery.

The UK managed service provider (MSP), Babble, has opted to use NinjaOne software to support its IT operations. By transitioning to a unified platform, Babble aims to improve efficiency, productivity and compliance across its and its clients’ environments.

Before adopting NinjaOne, Babble’s team, which manages and supports more than 12,000 client devices, relied on multiple legacy tools. The company said these tools created operational challenges, affecting service consistency and limiting its capacity for business growth.

Babble’s shift to a modern platform with NinjaOne is designed to:

  • Consolidate and simplify operations – By combining endpoint management, patch management, asset management, warranty management and remote access into a single platform, Babble has streamlined operational processes and client support.
  • Enhance automation and reliability – NinjaOne’s platform supports the consistent execution of IT tasks and policies, allowing Babble’s technicians to spend less time monitoring tools and more time on other areas of work.
  • Support compliance readiness – With features designed to support ISO 27001 and alignment with the NIS2 directive, NinjaOne provides capabilities intended to assist with compliance requirements, including for organisations operating in regulated sectors.

“Unifying IT operations into a single platform simplifies work, frees up resources, and standardises compliance, enabling MSPs to scale,” said Paul Redding, Head of MSP Partnerships at NinjaOne.

The transition to NinjaOne represents a step in Babble’s strategy to develop its service delivery and expand its customer base while maintaining compliance standards.
