iManage announces new leadership appointments in partner strategy

iManage has appointed Ryan Begin as Vice President, Technology Partnerships and Ecosystem Strategy, and David Zember as Vice President, Global Channels and Alliances, to support its partner strategy and ecosystem development.

iManage has recently made leadership appointments within its global partner organisation. Ryan Begin has been appointed Vice President of Technology Partnerships and Ecosystem Strategy, and David Zember has been appointed Vice President of Global Channels and Alliances.

Ryan Begin is responsible for leading technology partnerships at iManage. His remit includes developing a scalable business model to extend the reach of iManage through technology alliances and API-based integrations. He will work across product, engineering, and marketing teams to support the development of an ecosystem intended to enable partners to enhance customer value and contribute to platform growth.

Begin previously worked at Salesforce, where he contributed to the development of its ISV and partner ecosystem, which generated more than $6 billion in partner revenue. His experience includes developing structured partner programmes and supporting ecosystem expansion.

David Zember, as Vice President of Global Channels and Alliances, is responsible for the company’s strategic alliances and implementation partner ecosystem. His role includes defining partnership objectives and coordinating stakeholders to support innovation and customer value delivery across the partner network.

Zember has more than 30 years of experience across enterprise sales, channel leadership, and cloud solutions. At Qlik, he led the global partner organisation, which accounted for approximately half of the company’s annual recurring revenue, and held responsibility for its partner and alliance strategy.

The appointments align with iManage’s continued focus on AI, automation, and interoperability in knowledge work, reflecting broader developments in enterprise software and digital workflows.
