Boomi and ServiceNow partner to enhance AI-driven enterprises

Boomi and ServiceNow expand their partnership to enhance data activation and workflow integration for AI-driven businesses.

Boomi has expanded its collaboration with ServiceNow to support data activation capabilities. The update integrates Boomi’s solutions with the ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric, with the aim of improving how organisations use AI within their workflows.

As part of ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Network Passport Program, Boomi enables customers to access and deploy its integration and data activation tools within the ServiceNow environment. The collaboration is intended to enhance the connectivity features of the ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric.

Organisations can integrate external systems and data so teams can work with more up-to-date information in AI-enabled environments.

This initiative extends ServiceNow’s data capabilities through:

  • Connecting data across systems outside of ServiceNow to enable real-time access.
  • Supporting data activation via Boomi Data Hub to provide master data for workflows.
  • Enabling ServiceNow Zero Copy by supporting data movement from legacy systems into modern data platforms such as Snowflake.

The collaboration also includes a streamlined approach to customer procurement and deployment through a shared commercial model involving Boomi.

Lightedge, a customer using both Boomi and ServiceNow, has used the combined tools to modernise its CRM. By consolidating multiple legacy systems into a single platform, it has simplified workflows, improved data visibility, and supported a transition to a more unified CRM setup.

Overall, the collaboration reflects an effort to support organisations moving from fragmented systems toward more integrated and automated environments, with AI embedded into business processes.
