GTT EnvisionDX improves channel partner experience with new features

Based on feedback from technology solution distributors (TSDs), the latest channel partner interface offers simplified, real-time configure-to-order functionalities, strengthened by AI-driven data validation and automation. The improvements are designed to tackle issues during quoting processes, such as incomplete data and limited quote status, which can lead to delays in sales and revenue generation.

GTT's channel partner offering aims for a collaborative and transparent approach, encouraging success through investment and execution. GTT's channel program has garnered momentum, with partner adoption resulting in a 20% expansion of its channel funnel and a 15% net sales growth year over year.

Breaking away from traditional models, GTT seeks to provide partners with versatile transaction paths, avoiding blocked accounts and enhancing co-selling endeavors with a transparent commission structure. Partners have direct access to senior leadership and can provide input on product roadmaps, with a process in place for addressing commission-related queries.
