Calitii, a Synechron company and IT consultancy, has announced a contract with BridgeBio, a biopharmaceutical company, to deliver comprehensive ServiceNow Managed Services.

  • A certified and seasoned support team handling enquiries, incidents, problems, enhancements, and requests.
  • Strategic advisory with roadmap and strategy guidance to unlock full platform potential, including new feature deployment and AI integration.
  • Thorough platform upkeep including upgrades, patches, health checks, and security assessments.
