Extreme Networks reveals partner program: Extreme Partner First

Extreme Networks announces its new 'Extreme Partner First' program, designed to streamline partner engagement using AI-powered tools to support deal management and operational efficiency.

Extreme Networks has launched an initiative aimed at its partners: the Extreme Partner First program. This program, which rolled out in January 2026, is designed to combat the typical hurdles associated with conventional partner schemes.

The core objective of the program is to enhance partner relationships through a rebate structure, hastened approvals, and transparent pricing. This is complemented by advanced AI tools, ensuring partners feel empowered to invest, compete, and thrive.

Intended Key Enhancements for Reseller Partners:

  • Consistent, Predictable Profitability: Extreme's global rebate model is based on stock-keeping units and volume. Success with their proprietary platform, Extreme Platform ONE, which integrates networking, AI, and security, is now more predictable.
  • Unified Global Deal Framework: This framework standardises deal registration worldwide, aiming to enable seamless international transactions. With advanced partner identification tools and system-implemented protections, and a 48-hour SLA target, partners can expand and secure international prospects.
  • Transparent Deal Registration: Simplifying the registration process, the system ensures partner protection, granting a clear sense of ownership and recognition. Partners can engage in deals from initiation to closure.
  • AI-Driven Solutions for Fast-Paced Sales: The Partner AI Sales Assistant acts as a virtual guide, providing partners with access to crucial sales data. This encompasses product insights, case studies, and pricing details, all of which are important when speeding up deal closures.
  • Role-Based Experience with Automation: Extreme Networks now offers customisable dashboards, enhances opportunity submissions and approvals, enables real-time visibility of deals, and accelerates access to rewards—all facets tailored to increase productivity and returns.
  • Enhanced Training and Certifications: Aiming to uplift partner expertise, the program offers certifications focused on AI-readiness, installation, and troubleshooting, all centred within the Extreme Platform ONE context.

In summary, the 'Extreme Partner First' initiative is designed to improve transparency, efficiency, and collaboration in partner engagements.

Arrow Electronics has received four awards in the Broadcom 2025 Partner Awards that recognise its performance across the security ecosystem.
