Chris Allan appointed CEO of mhance to lead Microsoft-focused growth and cloud strategy

Chris Allan appointed as CEO of mhance to help drive growth and enhance its Microsoft-first strategy following SilverTree Equity's acquisition.

mhance, a Microsoft Solutions Partner, has announced the appointment of Chris Allan as its new Chief Executive Officer. Allan brings experience leading private-equity-backed technology and services companies and will oversee the company’s next phase of growth. The appointment follows mhance’s acquisition by SilverTree Equity, a London-based private equity firm, in 2025.

Allan previously served as CEO of several software and tech-enabled services businesses and has experience in developing scalable operating models and managing growth initiatives.

He will focus on maintaining mhance’s Microsoft-first position and supporting clients using Microsoft cloud solutions, while expanding the company’s data-driven capabilities.

Over the past year, SilverTree’s investment has provided a platform for mhance to scale operations, broaden capabilities, and support customer requirements. Key areas of focus include Power Platform, Data & AI, and additional cloud capabilities, alongside ongoing work in the not-for-profit sector and exploration of growth opportunities in other market segments.

Julian Stone, Chairman of mhance, noted that Allan’s leadership will guide the company through its next stage of development, reinforcing its operations and market presence to support both customers and stakeholders.
