Xplifi strengthens board with MSP veterans and secures additional funding

Xplifi strengthens its leadership team with industry experts and advances its AI-driven platform to support growth for Managed Service Providers.

Xplifi has announced the appointment of three experienced leaders to its board of directors and secured funding to support enhancements to its Lead as a Service (LaaS) platform.

The company, which serves the managed service provider (MSP) sector, plans to use the funding to develop a customer portal that allows MSPs to assess, prioritise, and obtain leads aligned with their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and verified readiness to purchase.

The new board members include David Murphy, with extensive leadership experience across executive and board roles; Tasos Tsolakis, formerly Chairman of JSI and SVP at Continuum; and Bob Kocis, a former Chief Revenue Officer at Continuum and Aptean. Their combined experience will guide Xplifi’s platform development and strategic initiatives.

Xplifi’s platform incorporates account-based marketing (ABM) features and a custom MSP Sales Coach to support sales pipeline management and lead generation.

CEO John McCallum noted the board appointments mark the next stage in the company’s efforts to develop its platform and services for MSPs. Raul Zayas, CEO of ZTek Solutions, highlighted the platform’s impact on marketing efficiency and lead management, reflecting similar experiences from other MSP users.
